Job Summary:

Startech FZE is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation & IIoT to join their growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market reach, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the field of industrial automation and IIoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and meet potential clients across various industries to promote Industrial Automation and IIoT solutions.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

• Generate, manage, and close sales opportunities to achieve company sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align on business goals, sales budgets, and targets.

• Provide technical expertise and consultative support to clients for automation solutions.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Instrumentation Engineering (mandatory).

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in Industrial Automation.

• Proven experience in sales or business development within industrial automation.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Valid UAE driving license is required.
