Emirates Logistics LLC, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Safety Officer to oversee workplace health, safety, and compliance at its Dubai facility. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) activities within the facility.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive H&S checklists and documentation.

• Ensure all employees use proper PPE and follow safety protocols.

• Conduct daily inspections to identify hazards and report abnormalities.

• Maintain discipline, safety awareness, and harmony in coordination with supervisors.

• Conduct periodic H&S training, including safety inductions for new staff.

• Record and report incidents and accidents promptly.

• Inspect, maintain, and ensure the readiness of all safety tools and equipment.

• Manage and restock First Aid kits; provide First Aid when required.

• Lead emergency evacuation drills and ensure exit routes are maintained.

• Oversee waste management systems and workplace hygiene standards.

• Support management in promoting a proactive safety culture across all teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• NEBOSH / IOSH certification required.

• Proven experience as a Safety Officer in logistics or industrial operations.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing.

• Physically fit, observant, and detail-oriented.

• Excellent leadership and people management skills.

• Team player with a proactive and improvement-focused mindset.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 + Live Out Allowance AED 850 + Food Allowance AED 206.25
