Job Overview:

The Relationship Manager will focus on acquiring quality clients for the Emirati & Islamic segment, with specialization in liability products. The role includes managing client relationships, cross-selling additional banking products, and providing continuous service support. The position also emphasizes onboarding Mashreq Gold profile clients and maintaining long-term banking relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and onboard new quality clients within the Emirati & Islamic segment for liability banking products.

  • Promote and cross-sell various bank offerings including personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and other retail banking products.

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Provide excellent service support and assist clients with any banking-related queries.

  • Identify opportunities to onboard Mashreq Gold profile clients and manage their portfolios effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures.

  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets within the assigned region.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail banking, customer-facing roles, or relationship management (UAE experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of liability products and retail banking services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high-value clients.

  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets and build client trust.

  • Knowledge of Islamic banking products is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
