This full-time, on-site role focuses on developing new business opportunities, promoting Mashreq’s personal banking products, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the full range of personal banking products, including loans, credit cards, deposits, and investment solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent business growth.

• Identify potential retail customers through proactive market research and lead generation.

• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of client applications.

• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in retail or personal banking sales, preferably within the UAE market.

• Strong knowledge of banking products such as loans, credit cards, and deposits.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
