Zayed University is seeking a Registration Officer for its Abu Dhabi campus to support the Registrar’s Office in managing student records, academic scheduling, and university registration processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth academic operations while upholding university policies and providing guidance to students and faculty on registration and academic matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and maintaining class and exam schedules in the Banner system.

• Manage student registrations, add/drop requests, and schedule changes in alignment with university policies.

• Maintain and update student academic records and process e-services and academic forms.

• Provide accurate information to students and families regarding registration, attendance, and examination policies.

• Support students in understanding and adhering to university procedures related to conduct, attendance, and enrollment.

• Prepare and generate reports, letters, and statistics using Banner and Excel for university administration.

• Perform general office duties, including issuing student ID cards and assisting with student orientation and special events.

• Handle student concerns and escalate issues appropriately when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or customer service, preferably in a Registrar’s Office.

• Strong bilingual skills (Arabic and English) required.

• High computer literacy with experience using databases in academic environments.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with the UAE higher education system and culture is preferred.
