Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests to deliver exceptional recreational experiences and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

• Organize, monitor, and promote resort recreational programs, including fitness, spa, and entertainment activities.

• Assist in daily operations of the recreation facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to hotel standards.

• Provide guests with detailed information about recreational services, resort amenities, and local attractions.

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, feedback, and service needs to ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Support team operations in coordinating events, scheduling, and maintaining recreational equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience in hospitality, recreation, or guest services is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
