The firm specializes in both off-plan and secondary properties, working closely with top developers to provide tailored solutions for clients. This full-time, on-site role offers high earning potential through commissions, bonuses, and incentives, along with career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities.

• Prospect for new clients and generate leads.

• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed market insights.

• Negotiate deals and close sales with professionalism.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams and developers to fulfill client requirements.

• Keep up-to-date with Abu Dhabi real estate trends, market developments, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 7+ months of experience in real estate or sales within Abu Dhabi.

• Proven track record of closing 1–2 deals per quarter.

• Strong consulting, sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ambitious, confident, and results-driven personality.

• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.

• Nationality preferred: Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, or Sri Lankan.

• Ready to start immediately.

• RERA license assistance provided; owning a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
