This full-time, on-site role focuses on promoting and selling secondary and off-plan properties across Dubai, providing exceptional service to clients, and achieving outstanding sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell secondary properties across Dubai, representing top developers including Emaar, Damac, Nakheel, Sobha, and others.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.

• Present property details, pricing, ROI, and investment benefits to clients.

• Conduct property viewings and guide clients throughout the sales process.

• Negotiate offers, finalize deals, and ensure smooth transaction completion.

• Maintain and build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Stay updated on market trends, property availability, and industry developments.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Dubai secondary real estate sales and leasing.

• Confident, persuasive, and able to engage high-net-worth clients.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
