Position Overview:

GI Properties is looking for an experienced Property Specialist to join its UAE team. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property viewings, and successfully closing transactions for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time, on-site position for candidates passionate about real estate sales and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality leads through company platforms and digital channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Conduct property viewings and effectively negotiate offers to close deals.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

• Utilize CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client data and track leads.

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and developer projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience in sales or leasing.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Proficient in CRM systems and online property platforms (Bayut, Property Finder).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
