Job Summary:

Banke International Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Property Consultant to join its growing team in Dubai. The role involves generating leads, advising clients on real estate opportunities, and closing successful sales and leasing deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads from personal networks and company-provided sources.

• List, market, and sell residential and commercial properties across Dubai.

• Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and opportunities.

• Negotiate and close property deals with professionalism and integrity.

• Utilize CRM systems, real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle), and social media for maximum reach.

• Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred; real estate experience is a plus.
