A leading construction organization is seeking an experienced Construction Project Director (Civil) to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects. The role requires a strategic and operational leader with 20+ years of UAE construction experience, particularly with projects ranging from G+6 to G+14 buildings. The Project Director will ensure project completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operations and strategic direction of construction projects and departments.

• Manage company budgets, monitor financial performance, and recommend strategies to improve profitability.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams, negotiating contracts and fostering long-term relationships.

• Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within budget, timeline, and scope.

• Conduct site meetings, monitor progress, and provide updates to owners, clients, and team members.

• Identify potential risks and develop risk management strategies with contingency plans.

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards; implement quality control and safety protocols.

• Prepare reports and business plans for executive management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; DM accreditations preferred.

• UAE Driver’s License required.

• 20+ years of experience in the UAE construction industry, with G+6 to G+14 project experience.

• Strong project planning, management, and business acumen.

• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

• Ability to lead multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
