About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Fashion Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production operations of our luxury boutique in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality garments on schedule and within budget. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative and fast-growing fashion brand in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full production lifecycle—from garment sampling to final delivery.

• Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and buying teams to align production timelines with business objectives.

• Ensure all products meet luxury brand quality standards and technical specifications.

• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and evaluate vendor performance.

• Develop and track production schedules, ensuring timely completion of collections.

• Monitor inventory, materials, and fabric sourcing to optimize production efficiency.

• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Textile Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fashion production management, preferably within luxury or boutique fashion.

• Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and finishing techniques.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

• A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for fashion and quality craftsmanship.
