Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Advisor to join their team in the UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for professionals with a passion for customer service and relationship management. The position focuses on developing and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing high-quality financial solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve assigned sales and service objectives.

• Provide an exceptional level of service to personal banking customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and revenue growth.

• Understand customer needs and offer tailored financial products and services that exceed expectations.

• Identify new-to-bank customers and refer leads to other segments for business growth.

• Ensure all customer interactions are professional, timely, and compliant with bank policies.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, promotions, and regulatory changes.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation and transactions.

• Process and evaluate after-sales transactions (AST) promptly and efficiently.

• Comply with all banking procedures and security policies while maintaining vigilance in daily operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Banker, with strong sales or customer service background.

• In-depth knowledge of personal banking practices, policies, and regulatory standards.

• Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

• Ability to work diligently toward achieving performance and sales targets.
