Position Overview:

City Football Group is seeking a Pay to Play Head Coach for its Manchester City Football School in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, permanent role involves leading the coaching program in line with the Club’s philosophy, managing a team, reporting on commercial targets, and ensuring an exceptional learning environment for players of all ages and abilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coaching programs reflecting Manchester City’s philosophy and methodology.

• Lead weekly fixtures and manage training sessions for players of all abilities and ages.

• Provide clear and consistent communication with families to maintain engagement and satisfaction.

• Support commercial objectives through monthly reporting and performance tracking.

• Mentor and manage coaching staff to ensure high-quality delivery of all programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• UEFA B License or equivalent coaching certification.

• Proven international coaching experience.
