Role Overview:
The Patient Relations Supervisor will lead and supervise the front office team at HealthHub Clinics South Dubai. The role ensures exceptional patient experiences, operational efficiency, and staff development while supporting the Unit In-Charge in all patient-facing functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and Coordinate: Manage the daily functions of Patient Relations Executives (PREs), maintaining high service standards.

Service Excellence: Provide hands-on support on the clinic floor to ensure timely and compassionate patient interactions.

Patient Feedback: Collect, analyze, and deliver actionable insights from patient satisfaction surveys.

Operational Efficiency: Organize departmental tasks and projects to optimize workflow and time management.

Reporting: Prepare and analyze statistics and dashboards for management review.

Staffing & Development: Draft monthly rosters, assess staffing requirements, and identify training needs for team growth.

Innovation: Support the implementation of technologies and tools to enhance patient experience.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration or Management preferred.

Previous experience in patient care within a hospital or clinic setting.

Experience managing a team of administrators, with strong customer care and booking administration skills.

Strong leadership, communication, operational, and critical thinking skills.

Expertise in conflict and complaint management, multitasking, and process review.

Advanced IT proficiency and analytical skills.

Empathetic, diplomatic, and patient-centered approach.
