Meraki Design & Art Studio, a creative hub for art and experiences in Dubai, is hiring a Party Facilitator to lead vibrant children’s events and workshops. This on-site, full-time or part-time role is perfect for someone energetic, creative, and passionate about working with kids in a festive, hands-on environment.

As a Party Host, you’ll take charge of fun, engaging celebrations — from slime-making to neon art — ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. If you’re an outgoing, organized person who thrives in playful, fast-paced environments, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate kids’ birthday parties and creative workshops

• Host activities such as slime-making, resin art, and neon pouring

• Manage event flow — from setup to cake-cutting and cleanup

• Ensure guests feel welcomed and engaged throughout the event

• Coordinate with team on decor, supplies, snacks, and vendors

• Represent Meraki as the cheerful, reliable face of the celebration

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Enthusiastic and confident working with children and families

• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus)

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage groups independently

• Available on weekends (events mainly on Friday–Sunday)

• Creative or artistic background is a bonus, not a must
