Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage shift operations within fulfillment, sortation, or delivery centers.

• Maintain a safe working environment, identifying and resolving safety risks proactively.

• Lead, train, and support Amazon Associates to achieve performance targets.

• Monitor and ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and meet Amazon’s quality and safety guidelines.

• Communicate shift-related information to management and operations teams effectively.

• Manage labor allocation and shift resources based on operational demands and forecasts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and solve logistics challenges.

• Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and implement performance improvements.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• UAE National with Family Book (mandatory).

• High school certificate or equivalent.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing teams in operations, logistics, or warehouse settings.

• Familiarity with planning, process optimization, and performance management.

• Background in supply chain or logistics industries is an advantage.
