WADI ALSAHAB FOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES CO is hiring an on-site Office Assistant to maintain office operations, including housekeeping, pantry management, and mailroom support. The role ensures a clean, organized, and efficient office environment for internal staff and client-facing teams in a professional services setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain office cleanliness and hygiene across workspaces, corridors, restrooms, and meeting rooms.

Manage pantry and refreshment areas, including stocking supplies, preparing tea/coffee service, and sanitizing appliances.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; coordinate outgoing couriers.

Monitor and replenish office consumables and stationery; perform inventory checks and raise procurement requests.

Set up meeting rooms and basic AV equipment for internal and client meetings; assist with light event support.

Perform minor maintenance tasks and report major facility issues to supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:

High school certificate or equivalent.

Prior experience in office support, housekeeping, or facilities.

Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.

Ability to follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Right to work in the UAE (valid UAE work permit or sponsorship).

Punctual, reliable, and able to perform physical tasks.

Preferred: experience in corporate/hospitality environments, basic AV setup knowledge, UAE driving license.
Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month
