Gemstones Nursery is looking for a passionate and qualified Nursery Teacher (English Speaker) to join its nurturing and creative team in Ajman. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for educators who love working with young children and are committed to fostering their early development through engaging and stimulating learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will be confident in teaching according to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, bringing creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to every lesson.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive lessons and activities in English and Math aligned with the EYFS curriculum.

• Create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment that supports emotional, social, and cognitive development.

• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress to ensure individualized learning support.

• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents, colleagues, and management regarding each child’s development.

• Participate in nursery events, workshops, and staff training to maintain a high standard of education and care.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.

• Fluent English speaker (spoken and written).

• Previous experience teaching young learners (Nursery/Foundation Stage preferred).

• Strong knowledge of the British EYFS curriculum.

• A nurturing, patient, and child-centered approach to teaching.

• CACHE Level 3 certification (preferred).

• Must be based in Ajman or nearby areas for convenient commute.
