Antal International is hiring passionate and dedicated Nursery Teachers on behalf of a renowned nursery group in Dubai for the upcoming academic year starting July 2025. This role is ideal for experienced early years educators who are committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that supports the holistic development of children.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping young learners’ foundational skills, promoting curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children aged 45 days to 5 years.

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS framework and inquiry-based learning methods.

• Monitor and document children’s progress, ensuring individualized learning experiences that cater to diverse needs.

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.

• Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and child protection within the nursery.

• Encourage creativity, social development, and emotional well-being through play-based learning.

Skills and Qualifications:

• CACHE Level 3 certification or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education (mandatory).

• Proven experience working in a nursery or early years educational setting.

• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early learning best practices.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching young children.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
