Job Summary:

Emirates is inviting UAE nationals to join the National Graduate Training Programme – Emiratisation, an 18- to 24-month structured program designed to equip graduates with practical skills, industry exposure, and professional growth opportunities within Emirates Group. Participants will gain hands-on experience, access to training courses, and mentorship from senior leadership across multiple business divisions.

Programme Details & Responsibilities:

Exposure Across Divisions:

• Corporate Services: Human Resources, IT, Finance, Internal Audit, Governance & Compliance, Procurement & Logistics, Legal, and other corporate functions.

• Commercial: SkyCargo, Skywards, Revenue Optimization, Network Route & Planning, Market Research, Global & UAE Sales, and other commercial functions.

• Airline & Airport Operations: Ground Services, Engineering & Maintenance, Aviation Services, Security, Logistics, Supply Chain.

• dnata: Ground handling, cargo, travel, safety, and flight catering services across 300+ airlines worldwide.

Learning & Development:

• Hands-on experience in relevant business areas.

• Mentorship and networking opportunities with senior leadership.

• Access to industry-leading training courses and relevant qualifications.

• Exposure to international travel and projects across Emirates operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Nationality: UAE passport (Emiratization)

• Age: Up to 27 years old

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited UAE university or college (all majors accepted)

• CGPA: 3.0 or higher (or equivalent)

• Experience: Up to 1 year of experience

• English Fluency: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550 at application

• National Service: Completed or fully exempted
