Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional massage therapy treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other techniques as requested

• Greet guests, explain available spa services, and determine appropriate treatments based on client needs

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment rooms, linens, and spa facilities

• Uphold Marriott International’s service standards with professionalism and courtesy

• Recommend spa products and services to enhance guest experience

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines and local regulations

• Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and product usage

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Certification or license in massage therapy is mandatory

• Prior experience in a luxury spa or hospitality setting preferred

• Knowledge of a wide range of massage modalities and ability to customize treatments

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service

• Flexible with schedule and available to work weekends and holidays
