RTA is seeking a Manager – Pioneering & Competitiveness (UAE Nationals) to lead institutional excellence initiatives, drive innovation, and enhance global competitiveness indicators. The role involves managing excellence programs, awards participation, corporate policies, and performance improvement across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead internal assessments against Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) standards and provide feedback reports.

• Manage Forsan Excellence and RTA participation in local and international awards, ensuring data accuracy and high-quality submissions.

• Own and track excellence roadmaps, close performance gaps, and monitor KPIs for external evaluations.

• Design and govern competitiveness indicators, analyze global performance reports, and coordinate with sectors to enhance results.

• Develop corporate pioneering policies, awareness programs, and manage the Internal Excellence Award (Al Namoos).

• Liaise with Executive Council – Dubai and international organizations to manage award policies and evaluation timelines.

• Ensure strict compliance with Information Security and data-sharing guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Information Technology (Master’s preferred).

• Experience: 10+ years in excellence, innovation, competitiveness, strategy, or PMO-related fields.
