Mastercard is hiring a Manager, CA&E Commercialisation to join its Services organization in Dubai. This hybrid, full-time position focuses on commercializing Mastercard’s Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) platforms, with a strong emphasis on Retail & Commerce (R&C) and Segment Partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sales enablement, product go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive Regional Growth: Expand the CA&E portfolio across Dubai by aligning product strategy with market dynamics.

Tailored Messaging: Develop customized product narratives for varied customer segments.

Sales Support: Lead and support responses to key RFPs and client meetings, especially for R&C and partnerships.

GTM Strategy: Design scalable, one-to-many sales strategies for enhanced product reach.

Sales Enablement: Partner with product and sales teams to build effective sales playbooks.

Innovation Leadership: Implement creative frameworks such as Pay-for-Performance and Conversion Assurance models.

Client Engagement: Work alongside sales teams to align offerings with client needs; participate in client meetings.

Marketing Collaboration: Help develop compelling enablement tools and resources.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and industry trends to sharpen Mastercard’s value proposition.
