About the Programme:
The MADA National Graduate Programme (NGP) provides UAE Nationals with a structured 18-month development plan divided into two phases:

• Phase 1: Three 3-month rotations across key business functions for cross-departmental learning.

• Phase 2: A 9-month strategic project that offers leadership exposure and hands-on experience.

Focus Area – Creative Marketing:
This track immerses participants in the world of creative, social, and graphic design, where they’ll learn to transform concepts into compelling brand narratives. From ideation to visual execution, candidates will develop the mindset and technical skills to craft meaningful connections through creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaign concepts and digital assets.

• Support in creating social media content, graphic materials, and visual storytelling elements.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for brand growth.

• Learn how to apply design principles to real-world marketing projects.

• Assist in analyzing creative performance and optimizing strategies for brand impact.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• UAE National (Emirati) with valid Emirates ID and Family Book.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, or Business Management.

• Strong passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A proactive, go-getter mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

• Motivation to challenge norms and lead with purpose.
