About the Role:
Join Chalhoub Group, a regional leader in luxury retail, as a Luxury Fashion Consultant for MaxMara. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional client experience while driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and promoting the brand across all channels. This role also requires strong tailoring knowledge and an eye for elegant, fashion-forward styling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional in-store service, aligned with the MaxMara luxury experience

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while driving customer loyalty

• Offer expert tailoring advice and personalized styling

• Provide customer insights and product feedback for business reviews

• Promote Chalhoub’s loyalty program (MUSE) and enhance CRM practices

• Support visual merchandising standards and store events

• Ensure click & collect orders and omni-channel services meet SLA

• Track customer behavior, slow movers, and top sellers to guide product mix

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury fashion retail, with hands-on tailoring skills

• Excellent communication in English

• High emotional intelligence and a client-centric mindset

• Strong knowledge of luxury trends, styling, and wardrobe consulting

• Passion for fashion and delivering elite customer experiences
