Job Title: Logistics & Inventory Associate 

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Associate to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is essential for maintaining smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory tracking, and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive daily shipments (DHL, FedEx, etc.)

• Inspect items for quality, damage, and order accuracy

• Match items with purchase orders and verify documentation

Documentation

• Photograph each item per brand/quality standards

• Upload item images and details into the inventory system

• Properly tag and label each product

• Digitally file receipts and related records

Inventory Management

• Log all incoming/outgoing stock in real-time

• Maintain clean, well-organized storage space

• Conduct routine inventory checks and resolve any discrepancies

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Pick and pack items accurately for dispatch

• Coordinate local and international shipping with couriers

• Ensure prompt and professional delivery handling

Communication & Coordination

• Collaborate with sales/operations on item status and order updates

• Flag damaged or delayed items promptly

• Track packaging material levels and reorder when needed

Requirements:

• Based in Dubai; able to work on-site

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Experience with inventory or logistics software

• Basic product photography skills

• Professional handling of high-value items

• Trustworthy, punctual, and proactive team player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with luxury goods or fashion

• E-commerce or fulfillment center experience

• Ability to manage high order volumes efficiently
