About the Role:
Moativ is seeking an UAE National Location Admin to provide essential administrative support across various functions, including Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and facilitating cross-departmental communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

🔑 Supply Chain Support:

  • Quality Complaints Management: Collect defective products, capture images of defects, complete the quality complaint form, and forward it to the Saudi team.

  • CFR Report: Compile daily invoiced orders versus the ordered quantity and update the ready-made template to calculate the CFR.

🔑 Finance Support:

  • Invoice Scanning: Scan daily revenue invoices for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain locations.

  • Invoice Tracking: Validate daily revenue invoices, update received/stamped invoices in an Excel tracker, and share it with the sales team.

  • Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash collection against system summary and take action on any discrepancies.

🔑 Sales Support:

  • Valid Returns & Bad Returns: Enter return order details into SAP by customer, item, and quantity with necessary approvals and notify finance and supply teams for follow-up action.

  • CCPF Trigger & Follow-Up:

    • Maintain an updated file for customer aging, gather resolution comments from respective KAMs and supervisors for overdue amounts.

    • Trigger CCPF (Customer Position Form) with necessary comments and send it for approval to release hold orders due to aging issues.

    • Follow up with approvers to release each CCPF and communicate the status to KAMs, Supervisors, and admins for further action.

Requirements:

🔑 Qualifications & Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar support role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel.

  • Team-oriented, able to collaborate across different functions effectively.

  • UAE National with family book (mandatory).
