Rotana Hotels is seeking a Linen Room Attendant to join their housekeeping team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on maintaining linen and uniform inventory, ensuring proper storage and distribution, and supporting hotel operations with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, record, and sort heavily stained linen before sending it to laundry.

• Receive, record, and properly arrange clean linen from laundry.

• Issue linen to Food & Beverage outlets and guest floors as per requisition.

• Issue and maintain uniform records for all employees.

• Check returned uniforms for damage and coordinate mending with Tailor.

• Ensure proper storage and record-keeping of linen and uniforms.

• Report maintenance needs and misuse of linen or uniforms.

• Maintain a clean and organized linen room at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping preferred.

• Good command of English is an advantage.

• Friendly, caring, and dedicated approach.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and cross-cultural sensitivity.

• Customer-focused with attention to detail and adaptability.
