A Confidential hospitality group in Dubai is hiring a Lifeguard to ensure safety, professionalism, and superior guest service at its poolside facilities. This on-site, full-time role requires vigilance, physical readiness, and a customer-centric mindset to create a secure and enjoyable aquatic environment.

The ideal candidate will be certified in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid, and capable of responding swiftly to emergencies while also maintaining high hygiene and safety standards in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all poolside activities and ensure guest safety at all times

• Respond promptly to emergencies, administering CPR or first aid as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and surrounding areas

• Enforce pool rules respectfully and professionally

• Keep detailed reports of incidents and hazards in line with hotel policy

• Interact with guests courteously, providing assistance as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Lifeguard Certification

• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR Certification

• At least 1 year of experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting preferred

• Strong physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor heat

• Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Calm under pressure, highly responsive, and alert

• Professional presentation and dedication to guest well-being
