A reputable real estate organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to manage and expand leasing operations for residential properties, including working with external developers. This full-time, on-site role involves driving occupancy, leading leasing agents, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leasing or property management experience in the UAE, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of local real estate laws and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full leasing lifecycle for company-owned residential units

• Build and maintain relationships with external developers to provide professional leasing services

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue

• Supervise and train leasing agents, ensuring top-tier customer service

• Negotiate lease terms and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies

• Stay up to date on real estate trends and competitor activity

• Collaborate with marketing to promote properties and increase visibility

• Generate reports on occupancy, leasing performance, and revenue forecasts

• Maintain accurate leasing documentation and records

• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations to streamline leasing processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of leasing/property management experience in the UAE

• In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and leasing procedures

• Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Proven relationship-building and client management abilities

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
