CHANEL is offering an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Engagement Intern within its prestigious Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) department in Dubai. This full-time, on-site internship provides a unique chance to explore the world of luxury retail, focusing on people development, creative engagement, and learning excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development Support

• Assist in preparing engaging training materials, including toolkits, presentations, and e-learning modules.

• Support the coordination of virtual and in-class training sessions.

• Track attendance, participation, and module completion to ensure learning objectives are achieved.

• Collect feedback and create post-training reports to assess effectiveness and identify improvements.

Engagement Activities

• Collaborate on planning and executing internal engagement events like workshops, team gatherings, and Coco Club experiences.

• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen boutique team motivation and collaboration.

• Design and maintain communication materials such as newsletters, invitations, and engagement emails.

Data & Reporting

• Update learning trackers for regional and boutique teams.

• Assist in compiling reports on metrics like Pulse Index, training completions, and sales team KPIs.

• Monitor individual learning journeys and development milestones.

Administration & Coordination

• Manage schedules, invitations, and follow-ups for training programs and events.

• Provide logistical support for regional travel, boutique visits, and engagement activities.

• Maintain organized records and filing systems for training and engagement documentation.

What You Bring:

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or Luxury Management (or related field).

• Prior experience or strong interest in training, HR, events, or luxury retail.

• Based in Dubai, available for a 6-month full-time internship.
