Job Summary:

Property Finder is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Lead, Marketing Analytics to join its Strategy & Analytics team in Dubai. The role involves partnering closely with the marketing leadership to build data-driven insights, performance frameworks, and strategies that improve marketing ROI, enhance customer acquisition, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of strategic marketing analytics initiatives, collaborating with senior stakeholders including the VP of Marketing and VP of Growth.

• Manage full project lifecycles — ensuring deliverables, timelines, and analytical rigor are maintained.

• Work cross-functionally with Product, Data Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure analytics projects are accurate, scalable, and aligned with company objectives.

• Mentor and guide a team of analysts and managers, fostering a culture of data excellence and actionable insights.

• Design and execute complex analyses to measure campaign effectiveness, customer journeys, and marketing ROI.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and executive teams, supporting decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Strategy or Analytics roles within tech, consulting, or fast-paced organizations.

• Proven leadership and team management experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quantitative insights.

• Fluency in English; SQL knowledge is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
