Job Title: Kiosk Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Kiosk Sales Associate to join our team at a busy eyewear kiosk located in City Centre Sharjah. This is a full-time, on-site role perfect for someone with a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and an eye for fashion and detail.

As a Kiosk Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, assisting customers with their eyewear needs while delivering exceptional service and driving daily sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner

• Assist with product selection, fittings, and style recommendations

• Provide detailed information about eyewear products, brands, and ongoing promotions

• Process sales transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system

• Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and visual appeal of the kiosk

• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven customer service and retail sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of eyewear products, styles, and brands (preferred)

• Basic computer and POS system skills

• Ability to stand for long periods and manage physical tasks

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
