Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with early childhood education standards.

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning through play and exploration.

• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and creative activities.

• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience.

• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students’ progress and well-being.

• Monitor and assess student growth, providing regular feedback and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (mandatory).

• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in a kindergarten or early years setting.

• English proficiency: IELTS Academic Score of 7.5 (required).

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Warm, patient, and nurturing personality with a genuine passion for teaching young children.

• Ability to create a structured yet creative and fun learning atmosphere.
