Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

• Handle guest inquiries and requests to ensure satisfaction.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless operations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel systems, operations, and services.

• Support the front office team with administrative and operational duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
