Joinery Supervisor
Global Office Supply Dubai , UAE

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: AED 3,500 – 5,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
Additional Benefits: As per UAE Labor Law
Location: United Arab Emirates


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the sales team during site inspections.

  • Assist the estimation team with accurate material and labor calculations.

  • Supervise production activities from project inception to final delivery.

  • Develop production schedules and ensure timely project completion.

  • Lead and guide joinery staff on technical matters.

  • Interpret and analyze drawings for production accuracy.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and offer technical solutions when required.

  • Prepare and submit production status reports to management.

  • Maintain records of workers’ time and material usage per project.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

  • 1–2 years UAE experience, preferably in Joinery or Office Furniture.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to read technical drawings and provide solutions.

  • Excellent customer service and team management abilities.

  • Valid UAE driving license is preferable.
