Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: AED 3,500 – 5,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

Location: United Arab Emirates
Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to the sales team during site inspections.

Assist the estimation team with accurate material and labor calculations.

Supervise production activities from project inception to final delivery.
-
Develop production schedules and ensure timely project completion.
-
Lead and guide joinery staff on technical matters.
-
Interpret and analyze drawings for production accuracy.
-
Communicate effectively with clients and offer technical solutions when required.

Prepare and submit production status reports to management.

Maintain records of workers’ time and material usage per project.
Requirements:
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
-
1–2 years UAE experience, preferably in Joinery or Office Furniture.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to read technical drawings and provide solutions.
-
Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
-
Valid UAE driving license is preferable.
