The company is seeking an ambitious and client-focused International Property Consultant to join their dynamic team. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to represent some of the UAE’s most prestigious developers, including Aldar, Emaar, Damac, Imkan, Meraas, and more.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for managing leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional service to both local and international clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert qualified leads from inquiry to successful property closing.

• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and follow-up calls.

• Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and offers between buyers & sellers or landlords & tenants.

• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data for reporting.

• Stay up to date with UAE real estate market trends and developer offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (preferably in real estate or luxury retail).

• Strong consultative selling and closing skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with performance KPIs.

• Knowledge of UAE real estate markets and developer portfolios is advantageous.
