This full-time, on-site internship is ideal for hospitality or business students and recent graduates eager to gain hands-on HR experience in one of the world’s most iconic hotels. The intern will support the HR team in delivering exceptional service to colleagues and candidates while contributing to employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and professional HR experience to candidates and employees
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events
• Support wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and internal communications
• Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and assist with system updates
• Respond to basic employee queries using knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or business program
• Prior internship experience in a 5-star or luxury environment is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Available to start in August
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
