Nass Ventures Contracting LLC, a well-established interior fit-out contractor based in Al Qusais, Dubai, is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join its growing team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in residential, commercial, or industrial design. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full design lifecycle—from concept development to execution—while collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver bespoke, high-quality interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concept designs, space plans, and material selections
• Create detailed design documentation and layout drawings
• Present design concepts using mood boards, sketches, and digital tools
• Collaborate with procurement, project, and site teams throughout execution
• Stay current with UAE regulations, design trends, and materials
• Ensure all designs are functional, compliant, and visually compelling

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 3–7 years of UAE experience with a contractor or fit-out firm
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max; Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Strong client communication and presentation skills
• Excellent project coordination and time management abilities
• Fluent in English
