The position requires strong technical and creative design skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and team members to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interior layouts that combine functionality with aesthetics.

• Conduct space planning to optimize design flow and usability.

• Prepare detailed construction drawings and ensure design accuracy throughout the implementation process.

• Collaborate with architects and contractors to coordinate project requirements.

• Select and specify FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) that align with the overall design vision.

• Conduct site visits to ensure project progress aligns with design specifications.

• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and sustainability practices to deliver innovative solutions.

• Communicate design ideas clearly to clients through presentations and visual materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven experience in space planning and technical detailing.

• Strong understanding of architecture principles and construction coordination.

• Proficiency in CAD software and other interior design tools.

• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

• Customer-focused approach with attention to quality and aesthetics.

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is an advantage.
