Job Summary:

Schoppe, Inc. is looking for a passionate and proactive Influencer & Merchant Outreach Associate to join its growing team in Dubai. The role involves connecting local creators, fashion designers, and merchants to the Schoppe platform, helping them showcase and sell their products through engaging video content. Ideal for someone who thrives in social media, fashion, and startup environments, this position offers flexible work options and the opportunity to be part of a creative, fast-growing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to local merchants, boutiques, and fashion designers to onboard them onto the Schoppe platform.

• Build and manage partnerships with influencers and creators to promote products via short-form videos.

• Pitch Schoppe’s platform value, explaining how it empowers creators to sell through video and expand their audience.

• Assist merchants in setting up their profiles, uploading products, and starting their digital storefronts.

• Collect and share insights from creators and merchants to help refine the platform experience.

• Foster long-term relationships to grow the Schoppe community and strengthen engagement within the ecosystem.

Requirements & Skills:

• Passion for fashion, creator economy, and social media culture.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.

• Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or outreach (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong networking ability with confidence in pitching and initiating conversations.

• Familiarity with the UAE/KSA creative, influencer, and retail landscape.

• Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working independently.
