Fairgreen International School, a leading IB institution in Dubai with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Individual Learning Support Assistant. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a Grade 6 student with an individualized learning plan. The ideal candidate will have a background in inclusive education and experience working with students with ASD and ADHD. Please note: This is a parent-employed contract, and applicants must have their own visa and transport. No additional contract benefits are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to a Grade 6 student
• Implement and adapt individualized learning strategies in collaboration with teachers
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with educators, parents, and the student
• Apply strategies tailored to support students with ASD and ADHD
• Encourage student independence and confidence in learning

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting MYP students or similar age groups
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with educational support techniques and inclusive practices
• Patience, empathy, and a student-centered mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment
• Must hold a valid visa and have reliable transport
