Key Responsibilities:

• Source and refer top talent from your network to client opportunities.

• Act as a talent partner and recruiter for Web3, AI, fintech, and tech roles.

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Submit referrals via the recruitment system and track progress.

• Collaborate with fast-scaling companies for mid-to-senior level placements.

• Earn commission-based rewards for successful placements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or networking.
