Human Resources Operations Manager
khales.ae Dubai , UAE

khales.ae is seeking a highly organized and process-driven Human Resources Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily operations of its HR department. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a passion for improving systems, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the employee experience across the full lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR operations with business goals and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Oversee core HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Maintain HR data integrity and generate accurate reports and analytics
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage employee changes including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Monitor employment contracts and compliance documentation
  • Enhance onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless experience

Systems & Technology:

  • Administer and optimize HRIS and other HR tools
  • Act as the point of contact for HR systems issues and improvements
  • Implement digital solutions to streamline HR operations

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure HR policies meet legal and regulatory standards
  • Prepare regular HR metrics reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, time-to-fill)
  • Manage audits and ensure timely completion of compliance activities

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead and mentor HR operations staff
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, recruitment, L&D, and leadership teams
  • Address and resolve escalated employee queries and HR issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in HR operations or management
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and compliance standards
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
