AMS International UAE is hiring an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers a monthly salary of AED 9,000. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, strong understanding of UAE labor laws, and excellent communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates on their own visa and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent AMS International with professionalism and uphold a positive brand image

• Handle onboarding/offboarding procedures efficiently

• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, annual travel entitlements, and documentation

• Provide staff support and counseling, resolving any personnel concerns

• Maintain accurate and updated personnel files; coordinate labor and immigration processes with HQ

• Manage leave schedules and liaise with clients for approvals

• Coordinate yearly performance bonuses and salary revisions with clients

• Ensure consistent application of HR policies; escalate inconsistencies where needed

• Liaise with clients on matters like workspace allocation, new joiners, and exits

• Handle monthly payroll via WPS and manage client invoicing through respective portals

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of HR experience in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and best HR practices

• Proficiency in payroll processing and employee relations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
