Role Overview:
The Human Resources Executive will manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, employee relations, and PRO coordination. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Dubai, suitable for candidates with UAE retail HR experience and strong knowledge of local labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for retail and head office roles.

Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Conduct HR inductions and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
HR Operations & Employee Relations:

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Manage attendance tracking, leave records, and disciplinary documentation.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Coordinate internal HR communications, circulars, and memos.
Payroll & Administration:

Collate and verify monthly attendance and overtime reports.

Prepare payroll inputs for Finance and ensure timely processing.
PRO & Compliance:

Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and other government documentation.

Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Exit Formalities:

Manage clearance, final settlements, and exit interviews.

Handle visa cancellations and documentation for departing employees.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in HR operations within the retail industry.

Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.

Experience managing recruitment, payroll, and PRO coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., PeopleStrong or similar).

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
