Human Resources Data Analyst


A leading company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Human Resources Data Analyst to ensure the quality management of core HR data in SAP, oversee HR audits, manage SOX compliance, and contribute to HR operations and business process design. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and operations leadership to provide effective solutions for complex data challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, analyze, and process Position Management Requests in SAP.
- Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of HR modules (HCM, Ticketing, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Compensation, etc.).
- Support HR Business Partners with re-organizations, M&A transactions, and file processing.
- Collaborate with HRIT on HR data audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Establish and maintain position management standards and compliance measures.
- Identify SAP functional deficiencies and work with HRIT to resolve them.
- Provide severance reports to accounting, payroll, and applicable vendors.
- Ensure employment date corrections are managed efficiently.
- Create and update SAP self-service user support materials.
- Partner with Sr. HR Data Analyst to ensure data integrity and SOX compliance.
- Develop and write basic queries in SAP to optimize HR data processes.
- Assist in maintaining the HR Governance Handbook for process standardization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Human Resources or Compliance role, with a focus on data integrity and analytics.
- Strong understanding of HCM, Data Administration, Position Management, and/or PeopleSoft.
- Proven expertise in data analysis and research.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, particularly advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
