vCommission, a leading company based in Dubai, is hiring an HR Executive cum PRO Coordinator for immediate joining. This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in HR operations and PRO coordination, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with UAE Labour Law for both Free Zone and Mainland companies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, hands-on HR experience, and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and performance tracking.

• Coordinate PRO activities for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and dependents’ documentation.

• Handle interactions with MOHRE, Immigration, Emirates ID Authority, and other government departments.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employee correspondence.

• Maintain and update employee files, ensuring timely renewals of legal and employment documents.

• Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and welfare.

• Assist management in audits, HR reports, and analytics.

• Work efficiently with both Free Zone and Mainland authorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, with hands-on PRO/GRO coordination.

• Proven experience handling HR and PRO processes for both Free Zone and Mainland companies.

• Expert knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government procedures.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preferred nationality: Indian.
