Property Shop Investment (PSI), a leading private real estate company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a skilled HR – Arabic Speaker to join their team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and supporting a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

• Implement and oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.

• Support employee relations by addressing queries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive workplace environment.

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required.

• Collaborate with HR team members to support organizational goals and objectives.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR systems and practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations.

• Proficiency in HR practices and operational processes.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Currently residing in the UAE or available to work on-site.
